Fall Home Maintenance Checklist: Remove debris from gutters BEFORE trees lose their leaves. Have your heating units serviced before using, especially any natural gas units to ensure there are no leaks. Clean/inspect your fire place and chimney before first use of the season. Replace batteries in all of your smoke detectors. Doing this annually each fall can help avoid the 3am surprise chirping!
