Before we became Kramer Property Group, our team of agents was previously known as The Bartlett Real Estate Group. For nearly 30 years the Bartlett Real Estate Group was recognized as one of the most successful and trusted real estate groups in Austin and surrounding communities. When the principal agents of Bartlett Real Estate Group announced their retirement, an opportunity presented itself to elevate and build upon the success the team had achieved over the years.

Shannon Kramer, one of the team’s most successful agent’s, founded KRAMER PROPERTY GROUP.
